I think its tongue is all horrible and dried up with being out of its mouth.
I do like hairless animals but I have to pass on him, lol!

I actually think it's sad that animals are line bred enough to have physical disfigurements like that. Not only hairless, but with a dried out tongue- that animal cannot be comfortable.

It was on morning tv here this morning its tongue is out cause it doesn't have teeth on that side or something !!

It's a Chinese Crested Dog, to begin with. Those dogs are not exactly the best looking.
His second problem is he dosn't have teeth on that one side so that's why his tounge hangs out all the time. Makes him look tired to me.
He also has some sort of eye problem. So that is why he keeps his one eye closed all the time. And supposedly has an ear defect, however I don't see much physically wrong with the ear.
Sounds like a possible backyard breeder type, especially with the teeth problem.
