I actually think it's sad that animals are line bred enough to have physical disfigurements like that. Not only hairless, but with a dried out tongue- that animal cannot be comfortable.

I do not think they are bred to be ugly most of the time I think it is like a birth defect on a Chinese Crested.

I think it would be alright if it was a normal breed, but that dog looks like he has some birth defects.
I think he would look cuter without that tounge hanging out...

Poor thing sounds like it has so many problems with it.
