New Tank

So I mentioned to someone yesterday that I do fish stuff and they asked if I wanted a 55gal that they bought, but never set up. I thought long and hard over this let me tell ya Anyway, I'm going to pick it up in 15 minutes.
I also found a 55gal stand wood with cuboards for $25 at a flea market. Not a bad deal if you ask me!

I find most of my tanks at garage sales, yesterday I got a 10 gallon tank for 3 dollars, and a 30 gallon for 5, now for two bare tanks that's pretty good, but sorrell
had a better deal I got a thirty gallon with everything for $40 two weeks ago, I feel cheated

Way to go, Sorrell!!!! Kinda takes your mind off of those 75's somewhat, doesn't it? When I was putting my fishroom together, I only had 4 tanks at the time, but I kept hearing this voice whisper "...if you build it, the tanks will come..." 8) Really, though, I think I get more satisfaction from getting tanks this way than having brand new ones and paying full retail, more of a challenge. So, what's your goal, if you even have one... how many tanks will be enough? I'm not sure what mine is, I'm sitting at 30 some tanks up and running at the moment with about 15 waiting to be cleaned and set up

This tank makes 18 total. I'd like to get 3 or 4 30-40 range, another 55 or 75 for in the actual house and lots and lots of bettas

Ahhhh, yes. Fishtanks in the house. I remember those days, my wife has banned me from putting any fishtanks in the house now.......

Aren't fishrooms wonderful.... I'd like to shake the person's hand who invented the fishroom

Actually Dolores, he didn't say anything. For some reason the 75s freaked him out , but the 55 didn't. Plus, I had my brother come help me move all the stuff, so it wasn't any hassle for him!
