New Project Nearly Finished

Pics of my newly built pond.........I wanted on in the garden so i could throw all my goldfish in it and free up some aquariums in the house........its a bit bigger than i pictured it at the beginning ha ahaa.

Bought a large pond kit comprising of liner, filter and pump which was £195
To get the power to it was £100
All the rocks and slate was reclaimed from local area, they are widening the roads up here and all the stone was dug out of the existing land and was just going to be used for hardcore so for a bottle of whisky we asked the foreman if we could take some.

It took 2 weeks to finish as it could only be done at nights and the weather up here in the highlands is not condusive to being in the garden .......lol.
Now i have to plant it and finish off around about it.........thinking of planting bamboo at the back of it
