It's nearly impossible to sex mice before they reach sexual maturity, I wouldn't count my chickens before they hatch ;)

I'm really not sure about mice, but when I bred hamsters, I could sex them 100% from a couple of days old.
 
I can sex rats from a day or so old, not sure if it's as easy for mice, but I would imagine it's not difficult, especially when they get to a couple of weeks old.
 
I took pics of babys and I know now how to sex them. About sexing here.

My information of separating etc. is from Finnish Pet and Show Mouses Association so I must trust that. :)
 
I would say the 3rd one down is almost certainly a girl too. The last one I'm 90% certain that it's a girl as well.
 
Yep, looks male, but you'll know for sure in a week or two. :)

There's no need to worry, I'm sure they'll find fantastic homes and it was to be expected that some would be male :)
