What type of tetras are they? And what is your GH and PH?

Neon and black fin tetras, I live in a hard water area but don’t know the GH & PH until I get tested again.

so hard water and high ph is ok for mollies/platies, but neons and black fins are soft water fish that like more neutral to acidic waters if memory serves me correct... Also, one other thing to point out, since those tetras are schooling/shoaling fish, they should be kept in groups of more than 5
