Where you getting the mini pipes from can seem to find them on the AE site?

Unfortunatley AE dont have them :( Richard told me they have been on order for 4 months but ADA europe have not got any recently..

Luckily being half Italian, i phoned a few stores in Italy who sell ADA

James

hI James this is only my opinion but i think some cherry shrimps along with tigers would look really cool in your tank, it looks really nice at the mo well done,

The stems have now started to get going at last and starting to get a better idea of the final layout.

The wallichii is starting to colour up beautifully, the pictures do not do it justice.

Still got a few more weeks i recon before i do a big trim and try to start shaping the stems, i am just letting everything at the moment go a bit wild

Also fitted the new ada mini lily pipes, eheim 2211 and hydor external heater so lots less in the tank :D

James

Looks brilliant... such lushious growth, I congratulate you on such a great looking tank!

Thanks guys,

Yea will enter it and another tank i think.. the plants have just started to show the potential this week, especially the wallichii, the najenshan is just now getting a few red tips, a trim or two will certainly get it nice and bushy

James

Looking good, the trim will help heaps.

Where did you get the ADA mini lily pipes from, aquaessentials ? ? ?
How much did you pay, if you dont mind me asking?

Graeme.

Thanks Graeme,

I actually got the ADA glassware in Italy, and paid the price you see on the ADA euro website. Just so happens that a few ADA stockists are near the family house, so made a few calls ;)

Nice, its alright if your family is in Italy, EA are suposed to be selling them soon. They will not fit on glass any thicker than 4mm if i right in thinking. Look much better than any plastic! Top stuff.

Graeme.

Coming along nicely, needs a prune but given time it should look quality.

Quick update,

Did a bit of a clean up / replanting and trim a few days ago, as i added the didiplis and mini pellia, pretty happy with the way it looks, there is just a gap in the planting where the windelov was, and where i replanted the hottonia tops, but it will fill in pretty quickly.

Still needs quite a bit of maintenace to clean it up a bit, sand needs sorting / cleaning and some of that moss needs some attention, but im lazy atm lol

I also added a pair of 'galaxies' to see how they look, still undecided on whats going in there, probably just lots of shrimp..

Thanks for looking :)

Killer tank James, looks brilliant!

You're not as lazy as me, your tank looks clean, I don't ever seem to clean my tank up much.

Mike

Thanks for the comments :)

Another quick update from this evening,

Really starting to fill in now, and the moss seems to have finally settled in

Just need to trim and replant the wallichii as it has got pretty thick, and the didiplis still needs to grow some more and behind the wood to cover the lower stems of the wallichii. The najenshan has only had one proper trim so it still is not how i would like it. Other than that things seem to be going ahead as planned :)
