New member - hi from me

Hi all, I use to have tropical fish growing up and then when getting my own home! But haven’t had any for 15 years or so and my daughter wanted-tropical gosh for Xmas!
I have a betta beautiful blue, but over the last few days I’ve seen a only what I can describe as a bubble type clear blister around his mount and under his eye, we’ve only had him for about 2 weeks, there is a nice community and no aggression when he was introduced all seems well and the water, I regularly test the water and ammonia, nitrate and PH is as it should be, there are no jagged rocks or ornaments to catch himself on! So not sure what it could be! Anyone seen this before!? Any idea gratefully received ? thank you

Yeah it’s kind of like to the right past his mouth but below his eye ??‍ It’s a strange one

The first pic shows the blister clearly and the clear bubble filled blister filled with liquid well that’s what it looks like and 3rd one shows the location of the blister bubble between his mouth and eye! So it’s not on his eye Can you see all the pics?!? the 2nd pic was just for reference!

I know nor me, he doesn’t appear in distress, eating and seems happy! Just don’t know what it is!? Weird??‍
