Those corals you listed are all very adaptable and would certainly do well under PCs. You could also consider a handful of LPS if you wanted, especially hammer, frogspawn or torch corals, they're pretty deepwater and forgiving to low light

You can get replacement T5 marine lighting from jewel, to fit the lighting bar - looked into it when I was thinking about converting my 180 rio (well, am still thinking about it - just need the money )

Have a search through google and i'm sure you will find a good price somewhere

if you have juwel lighting, scrap the good and make your own and fit your own units, or buy a luminaire, first option is cheaper

Yer, I have been looking into it but there arnt any lights which fit the rio 125 and are high enough wattage. Its really frustrating!

Surely they can be stuck to the original hood just in between the other bulbs?

no they screw on, you could fit them to the existing flaps but it wouldnt be convinient

Ok, thanks truck. I might just go with the luminairs as it is a lot simpler and instant.
Just have to have a FOWL for a while
