New Little Tank

hiya, my daughter is 4 in july and i have got her a 35ltr tank for her room, i want it to be ready to add fish to on her birthday so i need to cycle it.

can i jus add the filter to my existing tank (which has been set up for over 10yrs) for the next few weeks to bring it up to speed and then just add it to the new tank when i fill it on her birthday. or will this not be good enough?

will only be adding one fish to the tank on her bday, a nice betta i think

You could add the filter to your existing tank or you could just cut a piece of sponge from your existing sponge and place it straight into the new filter and hey presto, cycled tank.

You still coming in the morning for the arc?

i know i said 10am but i may give myself a half hour window between 930 and 10 if thats ok?
