I love getting new fish, but I hate getting them from the pet store to my home. First, I had to ride my bike home, because we don't have a car right now and you don't know how horrid it was every time I went over a bump to hear the water lurch in my bag. 
Then, the worst part is catching the fish in the net. Last time I tried, one of my fish actually jumped out and fell behind the aquarium. It survived, miraculously, but I never want to have that happen again. Anyway, today I got a beautiful female koi albino swordtail which I've had my eye on for a week or two now (and I'm really lucky no one else bought her before me). 
I already have one female koi swordtail, but this new one has a completely white body (well, except for one small dot of red, but I didn't expect a perfect fish from my LFS). The last albino koi swordtail I bought died a few days after purchase, so I'm hoping for better this time, and it looks good. She's pooing, so that means she must have eaten something lately, she started to nibble on the algae on the aquarium and, much to my suprise, has started to chase one of the other fish almost twice her size, all within the first ten minutes of being in the aquarium!
