I got a new ehiem electronice 2078 filter for x mas anyone have one of these? I havn't set it up yet it has a stream function but i'm not sure if my fish will enjoy that much water movement???

the stream function just varies the flow between a minimum setting and the maximum... this arguably provides more natural condtions... if you size the filter to your tank correctly, then it won't stress your fish anymore than a normal filter would
