I have one proven female that use to spawn with this other male they always eat the eggs. Well I lost that male after moving homes and I had a nasty female angle that beat him up.

Well I still have the female and it's been 4 months since she lost her mate. Just today I saw her and my pidgin named discus stew getting it on. I got some video I will post soon. I am happy Marge the female found a new mate. The funny thing is I have this young brown discus not sure the sex. But he/she keep hanging around the pair trying to cut in. I saw him pecking at the wood like he was trying to clean it to lay eggs. Poor little browny wants a mate I guess.

In the video you can see how confused the younger discus look when they see the pair courting.

That's the link to the video. Look at the poor brown discus trying to get in on the action.

This is them again with the young ones around that don't know what to make of them.

Thanks. They are acting funny today looking at posable nest spots they have not picked one yet still shopping.

Well I took the Festivum out and since he left these guys decided to pair up.

Well I think I have 2 females. The pigeons tubes were down and they looking like female parts. The other discus I have seen lay eggs before so I know she is female too. Oh well .

Well my pigeon found love with the little brown discus. I think the pigeon is the female I think her breeding tube looked female to me. The brown discus is a bit small and young. I got him last September. I think that's the male not sure. He was a rescue I saved from the lfs. He was really really skinny and sad looking. He is still growing slowly.

The eggs are white they look good that's the weird part. We will see if I getting wiggles. They are being great parents.
