New Betta and Friends!

cool pics arashi! I like em all especially that betta tank. How big is it BTW? and how much did you get it for? and where did you get it?

tip: watch those crabs, my brother had one and it could get kinda stinkerish at times.

EDIT: got here a little too early I guess. I love that cute little torque. oooohhh he's sooooo perdy.

Thanks buggy! The tank is a 7 1/2 gallon. Not sure where I got it because I got it for my birthday.

I used to have those little crabs in a previous tank, so I know exactly what you're talking about. They are cute as hell, but you gotta watch em at times...

I love that Betta definatly second that BOTM nomination.

Mr Sprinkles is soooo cute . He may look small now but give him a while and he could well look like this:

This guy is a common plec and is approximatly 3" long and will possibly grow to about 18" long but is capable of growning to 24" long. I have only had this guy for about 4 month and he has grown very quickly, he used to be the size of Mr Sprinkles.

FOTM nom for Mr Sprinkles on the algae wafer.

Yeah, my Kirby grew like a weed. I've only had him for a month and he's grown from about 5 inches to almost 8! So, yeah, I know Mr. Sprinkles is gonna get BIG!

Sorry about giving you info you already knew but I always think it better to tell people because I wasn't told and unfortunatly I am going to have to get rid of my plec eventually as my tank is only 3' and I don't have the money or space for anything big enough to hold an 18" plec.

And don't worry about giving me info I already know about...it's better to be safe than sorry right? I'll be getting a 55 gallon to put Kirby in and then Mr. Sprinkles will take Kirby's place in the 25 gallon. I've got it all figured out.

It is most definatly better to be safe than sorry, I love 'Hide' my big Plec (I called on hide and one seek as at the time that is all I seemed to do when I first got them.)
I will be gutted when it comes to the day I have to get rid of him.

I feel the same way. I will never give up Kirby or Mr. Sprinkles, even on pain of death. They are my little buddies, and I love them so.
