New 60 Gallon

I got a new 60 gallon tank today. I am upgrading from my current tank. My only problem is that the paper insert they had on the inside of the tank has left adhesive and stickyness on the inside of the tank glass. Had it been on the outside that wouldn't have been an issue but this definitely bothers me. I don't know if its safe for the fish or not once I get it cycled. I think not. Anyone have any ideas on how to remove the adhesive without the use of chemicals?

A bitof Metholated spirits(i know its a chemical),but this should remove the residue,& then wipe it with clean water,this will not effect your fish ,when you fill the tank.
