Hello and welcome to the forum! :hi:

Do you by chance have your water hardness readings?

Angle fish need to be in groups of 6 or more to be happy. Same thing with the tetras, so first thing would be to get more of those guys.

Weekly water changes are recommended-around 40% each week with a gravel vacuum.

Discus are “advanced” fish and not recommended for beginners.

Do not change your filter out every 3 months, you will crash your cycle. Rinse the filter in old tank water (do not use tap or it will kill the bacteria) if it's starting to look really gross, otherwise you can leave it alone.

I do not know much about angels, but I would up the tetras so you have 6+ of each. They will behave better in larger groups and will be less likely to harass the angel.

Sorry man but six Angel Fish in what amounts to be about a 47 gallon tank is not going to work.

Cichlid species should not be mixed which rules out discus, I'm afraid. And gouramis and angels do not make good tank mates as they are both territorial fish which swim in the same region of the tank.

I agree that the tank is too small for a group of angelfish, although that is the ideal set up.

You are aware of the potential for the neons to become dinner for the angels, so I would leave those as a group of 5. I would increase the number of widow (skirt) tetras, or perhaps another shoal of a deep bodied fish like the widows (ie a species that won't be eaten)

That's what I was saying - that angle fish needs to be removed because they need to be in groups of 6 or more. :)

Hi @roro2020 ! Looks like you've gotten some good advice already, and I echo the sentiment that your life will be easiest if you get fish that are well suited to your local water hardness/ph (though the latter from what I understand is less strict of a criterion). I did want to comment on the fact that you are planning on doing a 33% water change monthly, that is a fine strategy but I would advise that your tank should remain understocked if you intend to stretch the interval between water changes. The reason is the longer you wait in between water changes, the more likely your tank parameters will drift away from your tap parameters, and then doing a water change with vastly different params can shock the fish. The worst case example of this is called "old tank syndrome". That being said, as long as you plan your stocking and planting accordingly, there is no reason you couldn't do monthly water changes :)
