Never Heard Of This Aquarium

Well I havent heard of the range myself but judging on innitial appearance, looks all good ^_^ although I wouldnt go to the trouble of having one of the tiny ones nearer the top unless its for quarantine. Cya

im thinking of going for AG1200

IMHO you get what you pay for as i was looking at these too i would stick with the main names juwel,Rena, aqua one and fluval.

i have a juwel Rio 180 here and in the process of cycling another Rio 125 if you can buy a tank from your lfs its easier to take back and sort out than mail order.most places a willing to match Internet prices too

oh BTW Baolong are made by jinglong in china and are classed as "budget tanks"

If your buying online read the terms and conditions as some only deliver on a pallet and you have to lift it into your home (driver doesn't help) or deliver it to the curb side only

Looks cheap and cheerful to me too. If you want a cheap tank then ebay is a good bet + Pets at Home do bog standard tanks at a ridiculously cheap price. You will need to buy stands and hood / light separately but if you are fairly DIY savvie you can make these things yourself and end up with a pretty impressive tank for a bargin price.

:good:

Baolong or Jinglong aquariums is a Chinese manufacturer. Baolong means dragon in Mandarin. I do not have personal experience with these tanks, but I do know that they are one of the bigger brands in continental China, where fishkeeping has become very popular over the last few years. A Chinese frined of mine has one of their aquariums, and is very satisfied. He has had the aquarium for 2 years now.

I have bought some smaller equipment myself in China (such as a heater), and these I have operating successfully for 1.5 year now.
