Hi, i have a walking catfish that ive had for 2 years. Every few mounth he was developing small pink growth on his head that disappeared a few weeks after with medical treatment. about 2 weeks ago he developped them again. 2 days ago he stopped showing interest in food and today he started to show nerological sighs as iirraticly swimming, swimming upside down, twitching his body while swimming.
I wanted to ask for help in diagnosting and treating this disease. He is in a small tank about 50 L water p are 0,,0,10.

Whats your tank maintenance like?
How often do you change water?
How much do you change?
When you clean the tank what do you do?

By walking catfish you mean Clarias batrachus?

The best thing to do if any fish gets sick or looks unwell is to wipe the inside of the glass, do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate each day for a week (or until the problem is identified and resolved). And clean the filter if it hasn't been done in the last 2 weeks.

Post a picture and short 20 second video of the fish swimming erratically.

Provide details of tank maintenance as requested by Nick.

Describe the medical treatment used for the pink growth on its head.

------------------------
Most fish health issues are caused by poor water quality and a dirty environment that leads to protozoan and bacterial infections.

Do big daily water changes and clean the tank conditions up, and see how it goes.

Water parameteres are 0,0,10 im doing 25% water change every week and im tlaking about the clarias. when i change the water im sucking the tank bottom for waste.. last time the "zitz" appeared i didnt used meds, they went away on theyr own

Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate each day for a week. This will remove most of the harmful bacteria and protozoans in the water and make the environment cleaner for the fish so it has more chance of recovery.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it is added to the tank.

Today he started to spin ,like he is trying to catch he's tail, he's doing it allmost allday without stopping, do you know what is this?

Without knowing what the water chemistry is, I am going to say it's probably a bacterial or protozoan infection in the brain. But that's only a guess because I haven't seen the fish or how it's moving.

You can try a broad spectrum fish medication that treats, fungal, bacterial and protozoan infections but generally fish that have this problem die within a few days.
