Need more help with my guppy

Dont leave her in the main tank. I would first put her in a bucket with a concentrated salinity(salt content), like 2 tablespoons per 5g. Then remove her after like 10 minutes and fill the bucket again with fresh clean water and add 1/2 tablespoon of salt and put her back in. Definatly dont add medication to the main tank if you have fry, most meds will kill them. I would just stick to treating the one showing symptoms, and medicate the bucket/tank you have her in(hopefully by herself). I would also feed her a defrosted frozen pea or two...just to see if that stimulates her appetite. However, if she doesnt eat it...remove it, as it will just cloud the water.

P.S. Water changes are always a good idea, parasites or no. So yes I would do a water change.

P.S.S. Keep her in the seperate bucket for as long as the medication says it needs to be administered.

Ok but if I put her in a bucket with a air stone arent I going to need a heater too?
Thanks :/

If she has internal parasites so will some of the others, you will have to treat the whole tank.

Hi Wilder,
I did buy this stuff called "Anti - Parasite Medicated Fish Food" Do you or anyone else have experience with this product? It is made by "Jungle".
I have decided to treat the whole tank. Should I add salt to the water?
Thanks

These thing coming out of her does look like little beads in between the stringy thing, like a beaded necklace.
 Oh I almost forgot... My damlation mollie male pooed white stringy stuff than brown stuff attached to it... Is that a parasite too? Is that what your talking about?
Thanks

So I fed the fishes the medication I mentioned above. They all seem to be eating it except the female guppy..... Like she was swimming around looking for the food but not eating it.... I think I have a problem here....
The meds say to feed once or twice a day for 3 days, than feed normal food for 4 days than back to the meds... It says to do this for 4 weeks....
I shold also add her tummy seems to be turing more white in the front. What does this mean? Before it was a female guppy color - greyish......
HELP
Ahhhhh! :X

You are gonna kill the fry. Meds are too strong for fry...so good luck. I made my suggestions...you chose not to listen. Good luck.

The fry are not getting fed that food though... Theyare still getting fed the normal crushed flakes as they are in the breeders net. Are they still going to die? I can move them to another tank if thats the case. -_-

The fry could have them as well, they are tough little things so don't worry, the white it's sounding like a second infection which is common with internal parasites, not holding much hope out for her i'm afraid.

Should I take her (the guppy) out of the main tank but still keep treating my other fish? I think they are showing signs (not all of them) of internal parasites too.... Some of there poo was kinda stringy and white. The lfs did a test on my water and they say the water is fine....
What am I looking for if I want to buy a water test kit to keep at home?
Thanks -_-

If you have no where to put her you will have to leave her in the tank, tetra test kits you need ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph they are liquid ones which are the best, also there is the tetra strip test with all of the test's on but they are not that accurate, also on the medicating parasite flakes does it say if fry can have them, but I wouldn't think it would harm them, they too will probably have internal parastes.

The people at the lfs said its ok to give to the fry... On the bottle it does not say anything about who to give it too just to crush for smaller fish.
Also my other fish are showing signs of white poo now.... Are all my fish going to die?
One of my neon tetras died last night and I just got home and another is loosing color... And I think its dieing....
Im so sad :-(

The tetra is now stuck to the filter.... Its defentally dieing........... :-(

Sorry, it depends can't really say it depends on how infested with worms they are, internal parasites can cause second infections as well, the neon they haven't lost there colour in the red stripe have they, or it could just be stress, don't want NTD on top of everything else.
