Need Help With Sponge Filter!

You get one of those air stones that are really made from porous plastic. They are only about as big around as the air line but run about an inch long. They will slip in almost anywhere the air line will go.

i think i am all out of the white "deposable" ones but i do have many of the ones that are made of a bunch of rocks! the filter works great now and i will control the bubble flow until the future fry are big enough!

The sintered glass ones are fine if you have some that are thin enough.

the tube in the filter where it goes is pretty big, there is like a 1/2 a cm (probably a little less) of clearance around the air stone.
