Name This Fish

My wife picked this up today, and had forgotten the name of it by the time she got home. Any help is appreciated so I can look up the size it will get to/what tank to make room for it in.

well it looks like a pleco of some sort.
Maybe a tiger plec?

She said $10.99 on the tank, but flirted him down to $4.00. It is very small about 1 inch, and the picture was taken just as it came through the door, so it is definatley stressed, I'll try and get another pic after I've finished acclimating it and it has a chance to settle in the current tank.
