I have a pair of juvinile's that are identical and mine are suranemsis(red striped earth eater) and they are absoulutly spit image if you put a pic of mine next to yourse you wouldnt be able to choose beetween them so hope that helps.

The true G. surinamensis are from a specific location. Very similar-looking species, occurring elsewhere, have different species names. They are certainly of the surinamensis group though
