Mystery box

One of my mums friends set up a Mystery Box Challenge which is basically a box that has some sweet and savory ingredients so I decided to do it. Also there was different age categories.
The ingredients we were given is as follows:
Chicken breast
Beans
Kumura (sweet potato)
Cream
Sliced almonds
Chocolate drops
Canned pear

You could also use other ingredients out of your pantry but you had to use at least 3 ingredients from the box.

I will post tomorrow or tonight depends on when I finish mine, I got it Friday night and I have until Sunday mid-day (it is Saturday here in NZ at the moment)

It would be a really good idea to do if you got one of your family members to choose some ingredients and you had to make something

Yeh I was but I am going to leave it in the fridge overnight

Ingredients used from box:

• Cream
• Dark chocolate
• Canned pear
• Sliced almonds

Dark chocolate hourglass filled with pear and vanilla bean mousse, topped with a chocolate spring, mint and saffron strands. On plate is a crushed almond and nutmeg praline. Served with a sparkling pear soda.

It looks good! I miss NZ chocolate.... actually I miss any chocolate now that I'm allergic but NZ is best
