i have ateenage store rescue betta named neccos and i assume he isa male from what i can tell. he is in a breeder box for the winter where its warm and i was wondering if theres any thing i can do or make to entertian him??
any adivce is needed
thanks

Breeder boxes don't give you much room to entertain them, but definitely try putting in some plants and give him some small rocks or a little piece of driftwood if you have the room. Some Bettas like to push around pingpong balls or marbles, too.

actually hes got rocks and a plant and enjoys swiming though!
i play a game i call wiggle he goes thorough my fingers and pretends to wiggle through!
also i feed him frozen blood worms and he will jump fo rthose hes awesome!
could really push around a marble

I had a betta who loved pushing around little marbles, it kept him entertained for hours.

Live food is a great way to entertain him too, if you can get your hands on some live brine shrimp he'll probably love you forever for it. It sounds like you're doing just about all you can for him. Try rotating different ornaments/rocks/plants through his tank to keep him interested, and give him as many places to swim through and hide in as possible. I just upgraded my Betta tank, and even though he has a planted driftwood Anubius and duckweed to hide in, he still prefers to be visible, I think it's because he likes to watch me. So don't worry about him hiding and not being able to be seen!

i found an old snail shell from the tank and showed him he could push it around but hes like
watever
i probably cant :(
okay
thanks
