Eternally pruned fingers!
There's a sad story behind the C Irrubescos...
I got two from my LFS and they suggested I 'try' the two males in my tank to see how they got on. In the car on the way home from the shop, where they'd both been put in the same bag, they were fighting so much that they bit a hole clean through both layers of bag and I had to hold the corner to stop the water draining out.
Got home, they seemed fine once in the heavily planted tank but the next morning one was almost dead and the other was flagging. Took them both back (one died on the way) and got another one, only to find he'd been bitten so badly in the LFS tank that he died too
I'll have more one day but make sure I deffo have several females and one male in a nice big tank. They were lovely fish too
The good thing was the LFS learned through me that they needed to bag each fish seperately if more than one male wasa being bought at the same time.
