I have a 30 gallon with:

1 rainbow shark
4 neon tetra (down from 5. Never found the body)
6 zebra danio (3 are the glofish)
2 male black mollies (down from 5. LFS told me it was 4 females & 1 male. They were wrong)
2 cremecicle lyretail mollies (1 male 1 pregnant female)
Unknown number of ghost shrimp

Am I overstocked? I know everythings small enough now but I wonder about when they're grown.

How much should I be feeding them?

Any other general advice is welcomed.

Thanks.

The main problem with the tank is one female Molly with 3 males in there. Get a couple more female mollies.

I'm not very good with stocking. But it looks about right to me.

Unless the rainbow shark is anything like silver sharks. They can grow large, an need to be in schools

Hope that helps.

The rainbow shark needs to stay on its own or taken back to the shop, they are agressive but more so when another one is in the tank. Just keep an eye on it and dont add more. Stocking is fine.

Yeah. They've all been there 3 weeks. He is ok with the others. He just chases them once in a while when he gets protective of the bottom. I think they're mostly an issue with other sharks. They grow to 6" max but he's about 2 now and I dont know how long it will take him to grow and if he might get more aggressive when bigger. Though by then I'll probably have a separate semi-aggressive tank I hope.

I used to have a Betta in there but he thought the mollies were bettas so my little nephew benefited.
