I'm fairly certain that is a L168, or Butterfly Pleco. I have one in my tank and that looks just like it.

another similiar looking plec.... they all look alike... i cant even tell them apart from L270, L129, L199 and L 316

Love that plec!
Agree with Joshua about sticking some plants in, if you're getting more wood you could get some with a nice Java growing off it, the wood would have already been well soaked so shouldn't stain the water

2 yellow rainbow
2 dwarf rainbow
2 basani rainbow
6 rummy nose
1-2 baluvian ram
4 hillstream loaches
6 panda corys
3 flounder

Unfortunately, I don't hold much hope for the hillstream loaches, they never seem to live longer than a few months unless you keep them in cooler river set-ups.
Also, have you any idea which species of flounder you have? You should certainly ask about them in the brackish forum, as the vast majority of the species you see in shops are really brackish fish, just tolerating freshwater for varying time periods (even though 99% of the time they are still sold as full freshwater).

Read up on them here: http://homepage.mac.com/nmonks/aquaria/bra...eshwaterso.html.

your plec is a l015 Common Peckoltia

and the stingray loach you have is a hillstream loach which prefer strong currants
