my tank's water hardness is quite high and my blue rams have just dieed but the strange thing is that both of them died at the same time so they might have been fighting. Would you also tell me how to lower my water hardness.THANKS!

don't go altering the PH... it'll swing and it will be extremly harmfull - a lot more than a bit higher PH...
