My tank has been overrun by snails... help!

Hey you guys!

So, my tank is home to several snails. I bought floating plants a month ago and I believe they brought pest snails with them. I am extremely upset and out of options when it comes to disposing of them. I seriously have an endless amount, 2-3 dozen of these guys and they just keep breeding! I have gel eggs on the glass everywhere and I am severely irritated.

How do I get rid of ALL of these? And how do I stop the eggs from hatching?

Snails I have:
1 male Mystery snail
1 female Japanese Trapdoor Snail
1 male zebra nerite snail
1 female nerite snail

A GAZILLION BABY/PEST SNAILS!!!!

Help please!
 
Hi :) if they breed it means there is food galore !
Reduce food amount, and trap them this way :

They're doing so well because there's lots of food for them to eat.
You're probably over-feeding your tank.

What else is in the tank and how big is it?
I wouldn't say OVER-feeding... but I do give them enough food.

1 African Butterfly Fish
6 Black Phantom Tetras
1 Blue Phantom Pleco

I will be adding 5 more tetras today.
 
Scrape the jelly eggs off the glass and then do a water change and gravel clean to suck the eggs out of the tank. Use a net to scoop the adult snails out and squash them.
 
I like to wrap a couple of Algae Discs in a piece of cloth, put it in the tank as you go to bed in the morning use a net to scoop it out with the snails that are on it and around it.
