Just checked on my little fellas, as I do before going to bed and they were all resting on the bottom with full BBS tummies, perfect opportunity for me to count them.
I guessed at about 40-50 a week or 2 back. How wrong was I, after 3 counts I got at least 70 each time!!!
Over the moon
6 weeks old today and now starting to grow rapidly since being fed on BBS. 2 of them have now turned into 'giants' with most of the others not far behind.
They will be moved to their 80litre tank this week. If not to their 40litre
(80litre has livebearers fry in that I need to get rid of)

And no more dead ones found well apart from the 2 that got eaten off gandor when they got into his breeder

More updated Pictures & Videos

They have grown lots over the last week, all have bottom fins now and some of the bigger ones are showing there ventrals, so happy with there progress.
They are in a 40 Litre at the minute but will be moved to a 80 litre at the weekend once my platy, swordtail & guppy fry go tonight.
Gandor will be released from the breeder once in the big tank if he behaves himself, if not he will be left in the 25 or 40 litre with the other giants until they are all around the same size
