Aww I really feel for you. Ready yourself for him passing, but try not to count the days. These things are never certain. It may be 2 weeks, it could be longer, could be shorter.

Just make sure you spoil him where possible, a comfy bed and a nice warm spot by a radiator

Sorry for your news, but at least he isn't in pain and he gets to spend his time at home.

my cousin had a cat that
the vet said it only had weeks
to live it died five years later
he used to put powdered apricot
kernels in its food i don't know where
he heard it from that's all i know
