My Plec Wont Shut Up

Most catfish can make noise, but it is often so quiet that we never hear it. Plecs in particular are known to make the occasional loud grunting noise, it's often caused when there is something in the water or if there's something irritating the plec, I've only heard this noise once, but it was very quiet.

lol haha my royal plec L190 does this alot every single night of the week all year round his bristly mouth scrapes on the juwell background in my tank its taken all of the black colour off it and is now a grey colour. he wakes me up alot

Well, if the plec's been keeping him awake over the past two years, maybe he's still looking for help, but too tired to start a new thread.
Maybe he's watching this through half-closed lids and still pleading for help?
Maybe the plec really was talking - maybe it wasn't really a plec but *something different* - maybe this is an unsolved mystery of piscine possession?
Has he not been heard from since?

i read somewere that they can make noises by roattating there plecoral fins i think thats the right spelling but were i read it i dont know i dont think its mutch to worry about anyway
