had my bn few days now he is only young 2-3cm he spend all day cleaning the last few weeks of algae and snail eggs and i havent seen it touch catfish pellets or cucumber yet
he also seems realy confident compared to ones in shops ect that stay still, it flys around the tank from glass to glass ect (was tank bread)
i didnt realy expect it to be so lively but im realy glad i got one now keeps snails/algae and is pretty fun to watch

They are adorable - I have x 2, a male and female. I bought the female when she was about the same size as yours - she grew at an alarming rate and is now about 5 inches long! A few months back I bought a fully grown male and after only a week in the tank she laid eggs which he bravely tried to protect but the other community fish raided them all.

My female is always around in the tank during the daytime but the male only makes the odd appearence when I put some corgette or veg in for them. They will then sit together happily munching away!
