I Just had to share pictures of my Pekingese, Goldie.
She is such a little sweetie.

She is my little "Model" :)

Tell me what you think.

Thank you! Yes, she is VERY Spoiled, But she should be.

Our neighbor brought her to us at midnight one night before christmas last year.

The people that used to have her kept her in a house with a (HUGE!) Bull Mastiff. They decided to keep the Bull Mastiff, and not her. I just don't see how anybody would not want her. She is the Sweetest dog ever!

She was not happy where she was, but she is now! She was underweight when we got her, and had a horrible haircut. Now she is the right weight, and her hair has grown out alot.

Awww, what a face! I nominate the 3rd picture for POTM! The Pekingese is a cute breed, I love how they waddle about in dog shows. That always gets a belly laugh from me. I'm glad she's got a good home with you, but in all fairness, it probably wasn't the Bull Mastiff's fault. Bull Mastiff's aren't a bad sort, and it was probably a lack of training from the owners that probably caused any problems. I've had plenty of friends that keep both large breeds and small breeds together and there have been no problems. It's all in the training.

She is a lovely dog, and certainly deserves a good spoiling.

that really doesn't look like a pekingese to me. It is the spitting image of a tibetan spaniel, of which I have had a few over the years. Over here, the peke has a very flat round face and flat head whereas the 'tibbie' has a longer nose and slightly domed head .The legs on a peke are short and bowed, but the tibeta spaniel has longer legs and straight, like yours (and mine).

It's just the way she is laying in the picture. Her legs are not long and straight. She does have a flat face. She is absolutely a peke. She is not show quality therefore does not have the really long hair.

No problems were mentionned

She's very cute (love the jumper), but to be honest I wouldn't blame anyone for picking a bullmastiff (I would over small dogs any day), but then I am biased *lol*.

Thank you!
I actually made her little coat. I make and sell them on my website to help me feed and house my rescued animals. I also make Homemade dog treats, collars, ferret hammocks, sugar glider pouches, etc...
