I honestly did not mean any offence to what I posted. I just picked the wrong way to voice my opinon on not liking the goth look. I knew you are a beautiful person under all that blackness, and just wanted the real you to be noticed.

To everyone else, thanks for the constructive criticism on my looks. I am sure my husband of over 12 years would love to know your opinoins. No, wait, that's right! He likes me just the way I am!! That is all that matters. Besides, I am not easily offended. If I actually gave a damn about what people thought of me I would have never posted my picture. If you all were trying to hurt my feelings, you all failed terribly. I do not hold much faith as to what other people think of me. I know who I am. I love me for me and people can take it or leave it. It does not matter to me one little bit. I also want to thank you all for the laughs you gave me. I honestly enjoyed reading these posts, but none were worthy of a direct reply except one ... The shirt in my photo is navy blue, not black.

If someone takes offence to what other people think about them, looks or otherwise, they need to do some self improvment. Did you all actually have so little faith in vixen that you thought it best to come to her rescue? She is obvioulsy a very confident person, that had no trouble taking up for herself.

You are reading a lot into this that is just not there. I have explained myself to vixen in PM, because that is what should be done.

All I said it that I thought she would look better without the make-up. She did not make it known until after my comments that this was her one and only time looking this way. I also stated what my experences were with the 'goth' culture. I never said SHE was like that. If you remember I also said that it was not personal, as in an attack on her choice, just that I don't like the goth look and that I thought she would look better more natural.

And where the heck did you get this from anything I have posted?!?!? You are only trying to put words into my mouth that were never said. I mean NEVER! Why don't you go back and re-read my posts. I said from the beginning that I thought she would look better with a more natural look. I have also stated time and time again that it was not personal, it was only that I don't like the goth look. Get your facts straight.

There was a long time inbetween my posts because I was waiting for her reply. You took it upon yourself to make assumptions out of what I said.

Vixen, no you did not need rescuing, that was my point. I was just stating that you were more than able to take up for yourself and that this was between me and you and that everyone else should see their way out of it. Because of the comments that Sorrell, and others are making that are taken WAY out of context it is only going to cause this misunderstanding to be worse. Prime example is the above quote. I would never have said anything like that, or even hinted at it for that matter. Sorrell is just trying to keep things stirred up.

That is not my words. That is the words of the person that created that site. Read his other pages and you will understand him. He does not mean things like that seriously, that is just the way he voices his opinions. The entire site is only saying that he doesn't like the goth culture.
