Beautiful Kitten. I wonder if way back in her history there could be some Turkish Angora. I doubt it considering how she was treated, but you never know. She reminds me a lot of my Lily, who is a Turkish Angora who happened to also be a rescue, but she was given up at 5 months of age by inexperienced breeders. It depends on whether or not your cat has a single or double coat. Most cats have double coats, longer guard hairs and then a very soft, short, plush interior coat. The Turks gradually bred cats to remove the guard coat and then they elongated the interior hairs, so the resulting cat has a medium-long, silky-soft coat that doesn't mat at all. It also has a very different consistancy from other cats' coats.
She has the lovely wedge-face, big eyes, and huge ears that are also characteristics of the breed. She looks long-limbed as well. Something to consider. I'm not saying she is purebreed, as these cats cost a pretty penny, but she may have some of the breed. Or, she is just one gorgeous cat. Without feeling the coat, though, I wouldn't know for sure.
Congratulations, she's really lovely.
