My New Betta (pics!)

Still havent thought of a name.

Possibly 'BigRouge' or maybe 'Whiplash' (because of the less than gentle car journey home)

Im thinking of a few pygmy corys to share his tank. Any objections?

Yea.

The shop only had a few bettas today. I thought i should probably get a young one so i can see it grow, rather than have an older one already with a big tail.

My lfs keeps the bettas in pretty good conditions. I saw a betta alone in a 5gallon+ tank, and mine was in a 5-10g tank with another red and 2 blue bettas.

I put my finger in a he came over and kissed it to say hello.
