My New Betta! Pic Included!

Just got him today! He is i am not sure which type (can anyone identify?) my nephew named him 'rudy' (from ice age!) lol

He lives in a 35litre tank, heated and filtered with lots of live plants!

Hard to see it's fins on my phone, but looks like a veil tail. Nice coloration

Ahh thank for your replies!! Yes i saw him and thought its got to be him.. He was very active and comming up to the glass at the shop (pets at home)..
He has settled in well swimming around nicely
I will take more pictures tomorrow of him & full tank pic, i dont want to stress him now by switching on the light lol

The fish shops around me only have sick bettas with shredded tails kept in a couple of litres of water

That is how I normally see them in LFS's. It always makes me sad
