hi every body i will put some new pics of spot on soon as my phone is playing up its protected my pic so cant put on my comp ive taken him to my local pet shop and they said hes a stunner a bit on the plump side lol but hes great they loved him they even laughed when he give me a kiss he know his mum hahaha

Hi Chris and Marie, glad things are going well,
Just wanted to say, it looks like you're using the large flat feeding dish as a water bowl. Leos are arid animals and that's a large surface area = high relative humidity.
He only needs a water dish as big as the one you're using for the food!

hi yeh i found out when took him to shop they said there humidity needs to be about 20 lol so im trying to get it down he was lying in the water in it the other day i dont fill it to the top anymore i put a bit in now i should get my new phone today so will add pics

The problem is more to do with surface area than actual volume of water A larger surface area (and shallower water) will evaporate and therefore raise the humidity higher, quicker.

He has no need to have that area of water, he doesnt need to bathe in it and all it will do is potentially cause him respiratory problems

also is his poo ok one is browny black and the other white i didnt take pic as you might be eating while looking lol

Looking good! Maybe fit a hide in on the cool end? Or does he have plenty of places to hide there? Hard to see lol.

Also, the poo is normal... one's pee and one's poo, i believe!
