i know it doesn't look it, but when all the fish have grown up, it will be, and the ammonia and stuff will get very high, especially if the filter gets overloaded -_- i admit it though - my tank is overstocked compared to the 1" of fish per gallon rule :*)
 
Sorry, but having 67.5" of fish in a 35 gal is definitely overstocked. Usually you can get away with having a few more inches than the "1 inch per gallon" rule says, as long as your ammonia and nitrite levels stay down. But almost doubling the inches won't do.

If your fish are juveniles they'll be alright for now, but you'll have to remove some of them in the future.
