Sorry, but having 67.5" of fish in a 35 gal is definitely overstocked. Usually you can get away with having a few more inches than the "1 inch per gallon" rule says, as long as your ammonia and nitrite levels stay down. But almost doubling the inches won't do.
If your fish are juveniles they'll be alright for now, but you'll have to remove some of them in the future.
