Hhhhmmm.... maybe I started with the water changes too early. Doing small 500ml changes daily... well I add about 700ml.

They are great looking fish. Would not mind it happening to me too

I hope so, it too five attempts... but No. 6 is looking good. I am still only in day 3... hope these guys make it.

Wuv he's absolutely gorgeous

My copper Ct struggles with pellets and things while they are floating so he gets granules now and I make sure they sink to the bottom. Was worried how he'd cope with fry but he did a good job with the few that hatched and managed to pick them up off the bottom and blow them back in the nest.

Whoever gets this peachy guy to keep is lucky

Now that I think about it, the orange grandaddy had the same problem...just not so extreme.

FE~ I do, I do. It seems like I've had bright ideas for spawns for the last month or so. But, I also think I should take advantage of dad while he's still hot and extremely active. He build outstanding bubblenests all the time....I should give him something to put in them!

I haven't been on here for a couple days and look what I missed! He is absolutely adorable!!! I definitely want him when you are ready to part with him! Was he the one that started out as two different colors? They are both adorable? Any pics of the others from that spawn! What a wonderful little bunch my boy produced hehe!!

The other two boys are those green males, I was unsuccessful at getting a pic of them, but I'll try again! Then I got a chocolate female, a cambo red/gold female, a green metallic female and a blue/red metallic female. No two were alike! What a crazy spawn your boy turned out!

ETA~ By the way, I'm not sure which one was the half and half. It changed just a few days after that, I *think* it was the choc female, not sure though. They were in that weird tub at the time so I couldn't see them well.
