My 2 Ellioti's had been showing signs of breeding behaviour over the last week. Well yesterday I came home to find this. I'm really pleased and the mother is doing a great job if guarding the unmatched eggs. It should be Saturday when they eventually hatch. I can't wait ro see what happens.
I'm probably going to let nature take its course ok this spawn and just leave the eggs and parents in the same rank as my Sev and Geo's. It's still nonetheless fascinating to witness the protective behaviour though.
