You could get some egg crate and silicone the handle of an algae magnet to th side and use the other magnet outside of the tank to keep it up. Do the same on the other side and you can raise or lower the egg crate to whatever height you want. Also, try out using the 3 lights then maybe if the softies haven't bleached add the 4th. Perhaps the 4th could be an actinic/marine blue?
