That fish that won is lovely - but nowhere near as pretty as yours!
I can't believe they have such petty rules - I mean what exactly couldn't they see on your fish? Tut tut...
Third fish down is also quite lovely (shame the owner didn't clean the algae off the tank first LOL)
Wow - after seeing them all, I really want discus now!

Discuslova, your fish is truly beautiful. I love the color of the fish so vibrant.
Just to let you all in on something, the fish that placed 1st is mine.
I don't mind reading others opinions, I entered for the fun of it not expecting to win at all. I bought this Cobalt Blue from our LFS as a very small and very much in need of some TLC fish. I have had him for 2 years now, he grew into a very nice looking fish (I think) and I am proud of him too.
When I entered the contest and seen Discuslova's fish I new who the winner was going to be. So when I recieved the email it was me I had to read it 3 times to make sure it was for real.

Congrats Bugsy - you must have been well proud of your fish (and your photography, which is very impressive!). He's a gorgeous boy (or is it a girl LOL).
Yeah, discuslova's "baby" is very beautiful - I envy all of you discus keepers, to be honest! If I had fish like that I don't think I'd ever bother watching TV again LOL!

Hahah Debbie, you fish is very nice. It's definitley got amazing color and size. If it wasn't nice it would not have won.
