My Albino Cory Has A Bloodworm Stuck In His Gil

The Name Explains itself,
how should i solve this?
Catch him get some tweezers get a good hold on him and pull it out. Atleast thats what I would do if he couldn't get it out by himself.
ok good idea its just that they are new i just got them today and they are VERY VERY small
they are like the minimum size to survive in a community without getting eaten

Just so you know there schooling fish and really need to be in groups of 5 or more so I would get at least 3 more.

THANKS ALOT FOR THE ADVICE ERK my mom actually got it out though he put up a good fight.

That use to happen to my Eel when he/she try to swallow too much bloodworms at a time, some gets stuck in the gills, my eel eventually able get it inside its stomach somehow using its gills. My female Betta will try to steal the bloodworms from my eel's gills while its stucked, so I just handfeed my eel a little bit of bloodworms at a time.
