Fish Crazy
Hello there
i dont know if anyone here has been in the same situation as me but i need to post cos im going mad! lol
i had a 12 gallon with fish and 4 ADF's in - i bought a new smaller tank and put the 4 ADFs in
ever since ive moved them they sing like crazy, not just quiet squeaks...full blown frog opera
the trouble is its at night...around 2am they do it, and they sometimes dont stop in between
so i have 'reeeeeeeeee...reeeeeeeee.....reeeeeeeeeeee' by my head all night
its driving me BANANAS i cannot have themi n a different room because im still with my mum and she
will not tolerate frogs in her living room lol.
i just need a few answers basically...
1. i read their doing it cos their mating. however i found eggs in my old tank and they didnt do this.
2. could it be cos ive moved them to a different spot?
3. do they ever STOP doing it? is there a mating season or am i stuck with these singing horrors for ever?
i really adore these little guys but im gonna have to rehome them if it goes on.
their all about the 1 year old mark
