Multi Tank Syndrome

wernt sure where to post this so here will do im pretty sure ive got MTS im allready thinking about setting up my next tank when my 100g aint even cycled yet omg im in trouble this hobby is addictive and expensive

My husband already thinks I've lost it.......... after years of telling me "get a hobby" I have, now he says "I never see you any more you're always doing fish things" !!!!

I only started with a house community tank, now I've taken over my husbands shed (well insulated now with heating etc) and have a large 4 foot tank, 4 18x10x10 tanks and numerous other small fry tanks on the go !

As for the amount of money I've spent so far .............!!!!!!!, at least I'm not spending it on on unecessary shoes and clothes now.

Ah well it's only money.

I think we've all got the bug - that's why we find forums like this! Some way of keeping out of the LFS while still filling like we're doing something fishy!!!

I started small and I'm working my way up. Only been in the hobby since february, but I'll be buying my 5th tank in a couple of weeks.

I tried to type that so that it didn't sound like I was an alcoholic at an AA meeting, confessing his sins for the last week but I don't think I really pulled it off.

im not sure how much my girlfriend will tollerate she is ok with a 4 ft upstairs and a 5ft downstairs but i really want a 210g monster tank in the garage i aint mentioned it to her yet coz im waiting for the right moment

maybe i could slip it in when i ask her to marry me(like a clause)

LOL! If she says yes, get the tank and when she asks what your doing just add 'it was in the small print, honey!'

Actually maybe not - otherwise that would give her the excuss to do it to you!
