Moving Tank Help

Best thiing you can do is buy a bigger tank 400l + and move them into that once cycled, your tank is really REALLY unsuitable for the stock you have.

Alternately take these fish back to your local store and buy more suitable stock once you have moved your tank.

the info on overstocking, how can you tell that i have as the info everywhere seems to be very few and far between there is no guide that explains how to work it out and this is why it is best from a biological point of view?

The general rule of thumb I've been taught is 1" of fish (full grown, standard length) per gallon, so ~21" total in your 80L tank.

For example:  Angelfish grow up to ~5", so 5" x 4 fish = 20".  Once full grown, your tank will be at its recommended max with only the Angels!

DISCLAIMER:  That general rule is just a recommendation.  Other factors (plants, aeration, water changes, species-specifics, etc) can increase/decrease your maximum.  Also, that does not apply to one fish.  Don't try to put a giant 2-foot pleco in a 80L tank, lol.

Aside from the 'Fish Selection' section of the Beginners Resource Center here, I've found two searchable locations with very specific and detailed data:

Both of those sites offer a host of data about different species -- most notably their shoaling habits, maximum length, and recommended tank size.
