To spout an absolute stocking level on this tank would be difficult. But based on the density of the live plants, and the off hand visual quality of the water, i would say you are not even close to being overstocked at this point.
My best indicator would be actual water chemistry, which you didnt post.
My opinion, as long as the tank will support and maintain the proper chemistry, given frequent water changes, its maintaining its own balance.
Observation, and attention to the health of the stock, and good water quality will tell you everything you need to know.
When your best efforts still are unable to keep things in balance, Its then time for an adjustment.
