I cannot get the pH above 6-6.5 since I've had the new tank

Just so you know...never attempt adjustments to the pH without first knowing the GH and KH and only then by dealing with the GH primarily. The pH is tied to the GH, KH, CO2. This is why you usually have no success trying to adjust the pH without dealing with the others, depending what they are. But this is not a good idea anyway because you have fish with different needs when it comes to the GH and pH.

Each species of fish has evolved with a physiology that only functions well in quite specific water parameters. The effect of inappropriate parameters is usually slow, as it weakens the fish more and more. This makes the fish more susceptible to disease and other things which it would otherwise be able to deal with. It always shortens the lifespan because the fish is working too hard just to maintain the everyday normal body functions. It causes stress, which further weakens the fish and its immune system.

You have to decide. You have soft water and the pH will naturally be below 7. This is ideal water for soft water fish species, which is most of the aquarium fish. Hard water and basic pH fish include all livebearers, some rainbowfish, a few miscellaneous, and rift lake cichlids. Life will be much easier and simpler if you remove the fish needing hard water and only acquire soft water fish (that are otherwise compatible obviously, I will leave that for the present).
